Community rules
These rules apply to every live stream, upload, chat message, profile and ad on BSVKey Live, and to apps that use our API. Effective 22 October 2026.
Who can use BSVKey Live
- You must be 13 or older to use the site.
- You must be 18 or older to publish, to pay or be paid, and to watch anything rated 18+.
Never allowed
- Anything that sexualizes, abuses or endangers a child. We remove it, keep the evidence, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and ban the wallet. There are no exceptions.
- Sexual or pornographic content of any kind, at any rating: sex acts, sexual nudity, sexual services or links to them.
- Real violence shown to glorify or celebrate it, live broadcasts of attacks or crimes in progress, terrorist content or recruitment.
- Content that promotes or instructs self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Threats, harassment, hate against people for who they are, and sharing someone's private information (doxxing).
- Filming or streaming people who did not agree to it in a private setting, and intimate images shared without consent.
- Scams, fraud, malware, impersonation, and selling illegal goods or services.
- Content you do not have the rights to (see Copyright).
Allowed only when rated 18+
- Graphic news, war or documentary footage shown to inform, not to glorify.
- Strong language, mature themes, horror.
- Non-sexual nudity in an educational, medical or artistic context.
Creators choose the rating when they go live or upload, and confirm these rules each time. If a stream should have been rated 18+, viewers can report it and we will change the rating.
Where streams appear
- Arena (home page), Featured and ads: only streams rated General.
- Vault and search: General streams. 18+ streams appear only if you turn on "18+" and confirm you are 18 or older.
- 18+ streams: their pictures stay blurred and the watch page asks you to confirm your age first. They never carry ads and cannot be featured.
- Unlisted and private streams are never listed: only people with the link (or the wallets the creator allowed) can watch.
Reports and what happens next
- Use the ⚑ button on any stream and pick what is wrong. Reports are anonymous to the creator.
- A single report of child abuse, or a few reports of sexual content, violence or self-harm, take the stream down at once (and end it if it is live) while we review it.
- We then restore it, restore it as 18+, or remove it. Removed streams stop being served and their keys are never sold again; records already on Bitcoin BSV stay there but cannot be decrypted by new viewers.
- Breaking these rules can get a wallet banned: a banned wallet can no longer publish, chat or edit its profile.
- For copyright, see Copyright. Three copyright strikes ban the wallet.
Live chat
The same rules apply to chat. BSVKey can ban a wallet from chat and from the site.
Emergencies
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. In the US, report child exploitation to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org as well as to us.
