BSVKey Live respects copyright and responds to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Effective 22 October 2026.

Send a takedown notice
If a stream on BSVKey Live uses your work without permission, email our copyright agent at embryospace@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- The work you own (a link or description).
- The link to each stream on BSVKey Live that uses it (for example live.bsvkey.com/watch/…), and where in the video if you can.
- This statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law."
- This statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
You can also report the stream with the ⚑ button and choose "It is my content (copyright)", but only a complete notice like the one above starts a formal takedown.
What we do
- We remove or disable the stream on BSVKey Live; its page then says it was removed.
- Each valid notice counts as a strike on the creator's wallet. Three strikes ban the wallet (our repeat-infringer policy).
- Records already written to Bitcoin BSV cannot be erased by anyone, but once we remove a stream its keys are never sold again, so new viewers cannot decrypt it.
Send a counter-notice
If your stream was removed by mistake or you have the rights to it, email embryospace@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright counter-notice" and include: your name, address, phone number and email; the link to the removed stream; the statement "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification"; your consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where BSVKey may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your signature. Unless the person who sent the notice tells us they have filed a court action, we may restore the stream after 10 to 14 business days.
False notices
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages.
